Shipping & returns

The short version: everything is printed to order, it takes about a week to reach you, and if it shows up wrong we make it right.

How long it takes

Each item is printed after you order it, usually within 2 to 5 business days. Then it ships. Most US orders arrive within a week to ten days of ordering. You get an email with tracking the moment it leaves.

What shipping costs

Shipping is worked out at checkout from your address and what is in your cart, before you pay. No surprises after the fact. We ship anywhere in the US.

Misprints, damage, wrong item

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, write to us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to mail anything back.

Changed your mind

Because every piece is made just for you, we cannot take back items that were printed correctly. Please check sizes before you order. The size guide on each product page shows the exact measurements. If you are between sizes, size up.

Wrong address

If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will reach out and reship it once you confirm the right address. The second shipping cost is on you, so please double-check before paying.
